IT'S MY RIGHT TO BE ABOVE ORDINARY.

Article I - THE NAME

The organization shall be called TAU KAPPA PHI - Tribal Knights of Peace Mother Chapter Manila City Philippines and also known as TRES KANTOS PHILIPPINES INTERNATIONAL. All members of Tau Kappa Phi are called Taukappans.

Article II - THE FOUNDER

The Soul Founder of Tau Kappa Phi SRK Datu Alimuddin K. Kiram II

Must be given at all times Fraternal Love, due Respect and Fellowship. Violation of the above is an automatic expulsion or Edict of anathema from the organization.

Article III - THE OBJECTIVES

Section 1: To build up an educational foundation for all Taukappans as a preparation for professional, productive and purposed of life.

Section 2: To be the role model of the youth in good moral conduct and to be the hope of our county.

Section 3: To spread the word of God to open the pathway for charitable endeavors.

Section 4: To build up our youth to be a nation builder through a life of righteousness, keeper and promoters of peace and unity and good governance by uniting the diversity of our right cultural heritage into a genius expression of the Filipino spirit and soul in cultural and historical way.

Section 5: To promote the fellowship and knighthood of good will of men and women in a community of freeman.

Section 6: To educate our youth to the knowledge of God and build them up to be a righteous man of our country.

Section 7: To practice the way of appreciation and love of God's creation and stay away from illegal activities and drug addiction that violates the law of the country.

Article IV - MEMBERSHIP

Section 1: Qualification:

1. Must be 18 years old and above on the day of membership.

2. Much have reached a college level with 72 college unit.

3. No man-made body stain or tattoos.

4. No physical and mental defect.

5. No derogatory complain of any kind and No criminal records.

(Must submit a copy of Police Clearance)

6. Must have good scholastic record and responsible character with good standards in the school.

7. Must not a member, supporter or sympathizer of any illigal group, organization, fraternity or secret society that violates the law of the organization, country and law of God.

8. Must believe the existence of God and adhere to his faith.

9. Must have interest and willing to participate in any activities of the organization of Tau Kappa Phi.

10. Must have spiritual and intellectual capability and potential leadership to lead and to be a guardian of our youth and community.

11. Must be active and alert to response the order of the officers and organization.

Section 2: Disqualification:

1. Atheism

2. Disloyalty to Flag and Country

3. Drug abuse and Drug pushing..

4. Prostitution

5. Practice of abortion for livelihood and commercialization.

6. Human trafficking

7. No read No write (UN-educated)

8. Street thugs or Gang group

Section 3 - Application for Membership

1. Written application or Online registration with ID fee of 150 pesos.

2. Must attend orientation or Online Forums and discussions.

3. Parental consent though not required but recommended.

4. Dress code of Apprentice:

a) Maong Pants

b) Black plain T-shirt

C) No liquor / No alcohol / No cigarettes

d) No drugs

e) will receive a report card to take note the hour and details of

The under go service.

Failure to comply the requirements acquired by the Tau Kappa Phi Tribal Knights of the Philippines is an enough disqualification of being a member of Tres Kantos Philippines International.

Section 4 - COMMITMENT OF A TAUKAPPANS

1. Taukappans reject drug pushing and addiction.

2. TauKappans rejects corruption.

3. A TauKappans is a pro-life

4. TauKappans are God fearing and Law abiding.

5. TauKappans are righteous

6. A TauKappans are peacemaker

7. TauKappans believes in dignity of labor.

8. TauKappans rejects constitutional adventurism

9. A TauKappans is a family base

10. TauKappans advocates Peace and Brotherhood.

11. TauKappans rejects dis-activeness

12. Taukappans is a politically inclined organization.

Article VI - THE ELECTION

Elections are held after every 2 years the term of officers of the chapters unless a vacancy where a special election will be held to fill up the vacancy except for the positions of SRK (Supreme Royal Knight)

1. Must serve the organization at-least one year.

2. Must be 21 years old above,

3. No record of dis-activeness

4. No record of Humiliating and under-estimating the members

Article VII - CODE OF PENALTY

1. TauKappans reject Atheism

2. TauKappans reject any act that violates the 13 order and Laws of the organization.

3. TauKappans reject any act that neglect human life, rights and dignity, love and impiously irreverent due to the Founder.

4. TauKappans reject disloyalty and disrespect to the Founder.

5. TauKappans reject disrespect to the Officers and Members.

6. TauKappans reject any act of crime against honor and poverty, drug addiction, abortion and pushing exploitation and bigatory.

7. TauKappans reject Officers humiliating the members in public places without reason.

Section 1: GRAVITY OF VIOLATION

Any act that violate the article vii 1 - 7 will be enough proof for automatic expulsion TauKappans concerned.

Any act of violation that are not stated in Article vii 1 -7, will be given suspension the members concerned. It will depends to the recommendation of the Boars of Discipline.

Suspensions due will depend to then date given by the Board of Discipline and can appeal by recommendation of the Founder or Council of Elders.

Members been expelled from the organization shall no longer be a part of Tau Kappa Phi (Tres Kantos) and will never be accepted back in the organization.

Members been rejected shall be published to all Tres Kantos Group Site and Page Social Networks and Websites.

Article VIII - NO VANDALISM

The organization of Tau Kappa Phi does not allow any Vandalism in any public places or where activities and meetings are held. The Name and Seal of Tau Kappa Phi must be given respect at all times. Uniforms shall only be use during Meetings, Rituals, Anniversary, Community Service and in a proper way that will not violates the following below:

1. Strictly No Uniforms when drinking alcohol that violates the Law of God.

2. Strictly No Uniforms in any Night Clubs, Discotheque, Fiesta and other entertainment that violates the Law of God.

3. Strictly No Uniform when gambling.

4. Strictly No Uniform during political activities.

Any act that violates the Law of God, Men and Country is not allowed for the Members to wear their Uniforms. Any violation above 1 - 4 will be automatically rejected in the organization. No excuses for Officers and Members.

Article IX - FREE RELIGION

The organization of Tau Kappa Phi is open to any Religion. It is also one of its objective to gather and unite all Religion, Fraternities or Organization and Races or Tribes into one Universal Brotherhood and Sisterhood. TauKappans are exercise to respect other religion and culture and its traditional way that does not violates the Universal Law of God.

Article X - FREE LOVE

The Tau Kappa Phi allows the relation between members and other Fraternities and Sororities or Organization as long it will not violates the Law of God and Country.

Article XI -PROFESSIONALISM

The Tau Kappa Phi is a Professional Organization with educated members with good moral conduct to lead and to be the model our youth.

Article XII - GOVERNING PRINCIPLES

1. That our Youth shall be God fearing and Law abiding and scholastically inclined.

2. That our youth is the greatest asset of our community and country.

3. That our youth shall not inherit the menace of drug addiction, abortion, street rumbles and limbo of misguided.

4. That our youth shall express their vision, energy and enthusiasm.

Article XIII - ANTI-HAZING LAW

The Tau Kappa Phi abide and follow the Republic Act 8409: Anti-Hazing Law of the Philippines.

Will not exercise or apply Hazing as a part of the initiation of the members. The TauKappans apprentice will only undergo a service of 33 Days or at-least 368 hours when not member of any Fraternity and Sorority. The symbol of Tau Kappa Phi is the Holy Books of God in a Ritual or Ceremony of acceptance. No Hazing shall be allowed in any chapters of Tau Kappa Phi (Tres Kantos Philippines International).

Article XIV - THE ORGANIZATION

The Founder of the TauKappans is the Supreme symbol and owner of the organization. It is the soul anchor of Tau Kappa Phi Knighthood and all its tradition, culture, system and history. It has then full right to decide, to rule and to manage the entire organization and its officers and members. Which through the constitutional provision and system radiates to the members and officers of the Fraternal Society. The Founder shall be at all times and in any situation be given full unanimous and continues concurrence to any constitutional changes and adjustments, rules and tradition of the organization.

Article XV - MEMBERS CERTIFICATES AND ID'S

1. Must required a Tres Kantos Control Number (TKCN) from the Data Base.

2. Will pay 150 pesos for the Certificates and ID's and will fill up the form.

3. Validity period of the ID's is only 2 years.

4. Will pay 250 pesos for the T-Shirt.

5. ID's and T-Shirt will only be release by the Mother Chapter in Manila City with the approval of the Founder only.

Article XVI - QUALIFICATION TO OPEN A CHAPTER

1. At-least has 10 members.

2. Must be a College Level

3. Will submit a list of their Chapter officer or Members of Chapter.

4. Pay 200 pesos to open the Chapter and all members of shall be registered.

5. Must be a good and honest member

Article XVII .- GENERAL PROVISION

The organization shall organize the following

1. DEBATING CLUB

2. ALUMNI COMMITTEE

3. SERVICE CLUB

4. CULTURAL. MANAGE

5. RESCUE TEAMS

6. CALAMITIES AID TEAM

7. CULTURAL AND HISTORICAL SOCIETY

8. CHARITY CLUB

9. BLOOD DONATION PROGRAM

10. RELIGIOUS SEMINARS

11.COUNSELING CLUB

Section 1: COMMITMENT OF EVERY MEMBER

1. All members must maintain an average scholastically standing in the goverment, recognized school and college.

2. The members must have purpose goals and objective of Tau Kappa Phi as a light, symbol and model to the Youth of the country.

3. Annual renewal report of membership of 150 pesos.

4. The first Sunday of the month will be the officers meeting and the last Sunday of the month will be the general meeting of the chapters members and officers.

5. Annual Renewal of the Chapter is 100 pesos.

6. No vandalism to any public places where activities and meetings are held.

Article XVIII - THE RITUAL OF TAU KAPPA PHI

Ritual will be help in all chapters as the ceremony of acceptance to new members in the brotherhood

Step 1:

The apprentice must introduce his/her self to the Lord Knight or Keeper of Peace (Diplomat). Introduce the following: In a Kneeling Position.

1. Full Name

2. Address

3. Intention of appeal

REQUEST OF APPRENTICE FOR ACCEPTANCE:

ENTREAT ME NOT MY NOBLE LORDS AND MASTERS, TO LEAVE THE ORDER

OR TO RETURN FROM FULFILLMENT TO THE RITUAL TRADITION ACCEPTANCE

OF TAU KAPPA PHI. YOUR ORDER IS FOR ME TO FOLLOW, YOUR NAME

IS FOR ME TO RESPECT AND HONOR IT, YOUR PRESENCE IS MY WITNESS

FOR MY LEGALITY TO THIS FRATERNITY AND YOUR ACCEPTANCE IS MY GATE

TO THE KINGDOM OF YOUR KNIGHTHOOD. MY WELCOME TO BE A NEW BORN TAUKAPPANS

THAT TAU KAPPA PHI IS MY FAMILY AND FRATERNITY IN A UNIVERSAL BROTHERHOOD

AND SISTERHOOD. SO HELP ME GOD.

Step 2:

3 TauKappans will go near the apprentice in triangular position holding a candle as a symbol of Light of Knowledge.

The Master Initiator (Master Knight) will brief the apprentice regarding the Objectives and the commitment of a TauKappans.

When the apprentice agree to go on for screening then let the apprentice answer the following question:

1. Do you believe in God?

2. Are you ready to serve God and the People?

3. What is your intention joining the Tres Kantos Philippines?

4. Are you willing to serve the Tau Kappa Phi and follow our tradition, way and principle?

5. Are you ready to swear by the holy book of God that you will give your loyalty and obligation to the Tau Kappa Phi Grand Fraternity and Sorority? If yes then follow me:

WITH MY HAND TOUCHES THE BOOK OF GOD I SWEAR IN THE NAME OF GOD, I WILL SERVE THE TAU KAPPA PHI,, I WILL ALWAYS BE LOYAL AND ABIDE THE WAY, TRADITION AND THE LAW OF TAU KAPPA PHI. I WILL RESPECT AND EXPRESS PEACE AND UNITY TO ALL FRATERNITIES AND SORORITY NOR ORGANIZATION. WITH THE POWER AND BLESS OF GOD THAT LIGHTS UPON ME, I WILL SUPPORT THE MISSION AND OBJECTIVES OF TAU KAPPA PHI. MAY GOD HELP ME.

6. Can you be a good model of our youth through religion and constitutional way? All answer's must be YES WITH THE WILL OF GOD.

Step 3:

The apprentice will recite the Apprentice Prayer assisted by the Master Initiator. APPRENTICE PRAYER:

I TRUST THE LORD/ALLAH MY GOD HE WHO PROTECTED ME FROM EVIL AND ENLIGHTENED ME WITH HIS BLESSING ON THIS PARTICULAR DAY WHERE I AM IN THE RITUAL TRADITION OF TAU KAPPA PHI. I KNEEL AND BOW TO YOU MY MASTER. ACCEPT ME FOR I SURRENDER MY BODY, SPIRIT AND SOUL TO THE WILL OF TAU KAPPA PHI. I AM HERE TO EXTEND MY STRENGTH AND KNOWLEDGE TO SERVE GOD, TO SERVE THE PEOPLE, TO SERVE MY COUNTRY AND TO SERVE THE TAU KAPPA PHI KNIGHTHOOD. WHERE EVER YOU GO I WILL FOLLOW, YOUR BROTHERS SHALL BE MY BROTHERS, YOUR SISTERS SHALL BE MY SISTERS, YOUR LAW SHALL BE MY LAW, YOUR ORDER SHALL BE MY ORDER, YOUR VOWS SHALL BE MY VOWS, YOUR FAITH SHALL BE MY FAITH, YOUR TRADITION SHALL BE MY TRADITION, YOUR WAY SHALL BE MY WAY. I WILL BE THE APOSTLE OF RIGHTEOUS AND THE DISCIPLE OF PEACE. I AM WILLING AND READY TO BE A TAUKAPPANS FROM THIS DAY UNTIL THE END OF MY HISTORY BUT I SHALL INHERIT MY TAU KAPPA PHI TRADITION TO MY SONS AND DAUGHTERS AND MY FAMILY CIRCLE. WITH THE WILL OF GOD/ALLAH, MAY GOD/ALLAH HELP ME.

Step 4:

After the Apprentice prayer, the TauKappans attended the ritual will shower the apprentice a cup of plain water as their blessings and acceptance. Every cup of water that is showered to the apprentice, he will say I LOVE TRES KANTOS TAU KAPPA PHI.

Step 5:

After the ritual is done the 3 candle will be pass to him and the Master Initiator will let the apprentice blow the candle.

First Blow (Say)

THIS IS THE LIGHT OF GOD TO FOLLOW.

(answer) I WILL SERVE THE TAU KAPPA PHI

Second Blow (Say)

THIS IS THE LIGHT OF KNOWLEDGE TO MASTER

(Answer) I AM BORN IN YAU KAPPA PHI

Third Blow (Say)

THIS IS THE LIGHT OF SPIRIT TO CONQUER

(Answer) I LOVE AND PROUD TO BE A TAUKAPPANS

Step 6:

Raise the apprentice two arm with signing the Peace Sign.

And let him pledge THE CREED OF LOYALTY:

I AM A TAUKAPPANS, I FOLLOW THE UNIVERSAL LAW OF GOD AND NATURAL LAW OF TAU KAPPA PHI.

I AM A TAUKAPPANS, I FOLLOW THE WAY AND TRADITION OF TAU KAPPA PHI.

I AM A TAUKAPPANS, I AFFIRM TO BE THE MASTER OF MAN, THE PERFECTNESS OF MAN, THE QUALITY OF MAN, THE LIGHT AND SYMBOL OF MEN IN RELIGIOUS AND CONSTITUTIONAL WAY AND THE EQUALITY OF HUMANITY.

I AM A TAUKAPPANS, I ABIDE THE CONSTITUTION OF THE COUNTRY. I WILL BE THE PROTECTOR OF MEN AND DEFENDER OF MY COUNTRY.

I AM A TAUKAPPANS, I SWORE MY LOYALTY, SERVICE AND LOVE TO MY FOUNDER, MY KNIGHTHOOD AND MY LORDS IN THE ORGANIZATION. I WILL ALWAYS BE A TAUKAPPANS KNIGHT. I WILL DEFEND THE TAU KAPPA PHI AND ITS OBJECTIVE WITH MY LIFE, FOLLOW ITS TRADITION AND THE WAY OF MY SENIORS.

IN THIS WAY I MAY EXTEND MY ENERGY IN EVERY NATION AND THE PEOPLE.

I WILL CARRY THIS ENDLESS TASK AND RESPONSIBILITY TO ESTABLISHED THE KNIGHTHOOD OF TAU KAPPA PHI THROUGH OUT THE NATIONS. I WILL NOT EXPECT AND SEEK REWARD BUT WITH MY ETERNAL LOVE TO TAU KAPPA PHI I WILL ALWAYS BE A TAUKAPPANS KNIGHT FROM THE DAY I WILL BE BORN UNTIL THE DAY I DIE.

WITH THEN BLESSED OF GOD AND HIS WILL, HE WILL GIVE ME THE STRENGTH ON MY MISSION.

Step 7:

After the apprentice pledge the creed of loyalty, all TauKappans will make a big circle, the left hand will touch the right shoulder of the member next to him while the right hand is raise with a peace sign. New Born Taukappans will stand in the middle rising his/her two hand with a peace sign. Together will recite the THE CREED OF TAUKAPPANS KNIGHT:

IN THE NAME OF GOD THE MOST GRACIOUS AND MOST MERCIFUL, WE PLEDGE OUR VOWS TO THE LAWS OF GOD AND TO THE ORDER OF TAU KAPPA PHI TRIBAL KNIGHT OF PEACE TAUKAPPANS PHILIPPINES INTERNATIONAL. WE WILL BE THE LIGHT AND PILLARS OF MEN WITH MORAL AND HONOR TO THE PEOPLE, WE WILL BE THE BRAVE KNIGHTS OF GOD, MY KING, THE PEOPLE AND COUNTRY. WE WILL ABIDE THE UNIVERSAL LAW OF GOD AND THE NATURAL LAW OF TAU KAPPA PHI. WE WILL BE THE MASTERS OF OUR PEOPLE, DEFENDERS OF THEIR RIGHT, THE PROMOTERS OF UNITY AND PEACE TO ALL MEN. WE ARE THE PEACEMAKER OF HUMANITY. NOW WE RISE A TRES KANTOS KNIGHTS TO ALL NATIONS AND WILL ALWAYS BE A TRUE BLOODED TAUKAPPANS TILL THE LAST DROP OF MY BLOOD AND THE LAST BREATHE OF MY LIFE.

WHO EVER COMES AND GO AGAINST TAU KAPPA PHI SHALL PAY THE PRICE. WE ARE A UNITED INTERNATIONAL

FRATERNITIES AND SORORITIES IN TAU KAPPA PHI, SHALL JOIN OUR HANDS TOGETHER, STRENGTH AND A

BROTHERHOOD IN ARM OF TAUKAPPANS

Step 8:

After the Creed of TauKappans Knight, all the members will embrace the new born TauKappans and do the Tres Kantos Handshake.

The power and authority of the Soul Founder shall be inherit by the Sons and Daughters and grandson and granddaughters of the Supremo the Soul Founder, creator and owner of Tau Kappa Phi and shall be given respect fellowship and love. The power and authority of the Founder will remain alive from generation to generation only by my Bloodline. and shall be honored by all members and officers of Tau Kappa Phi.

Intention:

THE HISTORY:

the name TAU KAPPA PHI was founded on October 4,2013

while gazing the stars and suddenly it came to my mind to create and build an organization that will gather together

all tribes and all races and all religion established for first time in History for the purpose of Peace and Unity of humanity

The Constitution and by-Laws was drafted at 11:00pm until dawn of October 5,2013. I started to recruit my friends one by one and we started it with the name of Knights Royal International Society and a month later we have a few members and sooner it grow slowly until i made my final decision to name the group TAU KAPPA PHI or Tres Kantos Philippines.

I was also a member of a Fraternity since i was 17 years of my age, i will maybe not mention the name of my fraternity, however i started to research the advantage and disadvantage of the system of all fraternity and it was very cleared that all are almost similar. Then i started to create a system that is very different from all organization specially we are the only fraternity that does not exercise and apply Hazing as a part of our acceptance and i successfully made it.

Now the tau Kappa Phi is standing in the eyes of the world . To God be the glory. Peace tauKappans.
